What is your return or exchange policy?

How can I return or exchange an item?
Please follow the steps below to proceed your return:
1) Login on FISHINGSIR first;
2) Go to My Account >> My Order dashboard;
3) Find the order you want to return, click “Return” button, you will be redirected to a page which need your detailed return information. Please offer all the information, then submit;
4) After your submission, a new return record will be generated on “My Account >> My Returns” dashboard. If your return request meets our return policy, we will let your know and proceed the return process within 48 hours. Always check the update on “My Return” dashboard please, all multidate information will be shown here.
What if my items are damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If the items you received are damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact our Customer Care Team: email@example.com at the earliest time. And please offer us the picture proofs for us to solve the problem in the shortest possible time.
Is an item missing from my shipment?
If your order is incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours. You will receive a partial refund or you can choose to resend your order.
