If you would like to change your order or return merchandise, please read the following instructions and make sure that you understand our return policy before returning items.

1. Any request for return or any complaint must be filed 10 days after the original delivery date.

2. Please kindly apply for an RMA request if you have any question about your product. To dispute issues related to quality, you should provide pictures as well as descriptions of the problem.

1) If your items are damaged during the warranty period, you can send them back to us for a free repair or exchange. However, you will be responsible for the two-way shipping costs;

2) We will offer a free alternative if parts of your item were damaged during the warranty period. You will be responsible to bear the shipping;
